Play Minecraft as a Tarnished: Elden Ring's classes, weapons, stamina, Sites of Grace and boss music, read from your own copy.
Play Minecraft 1.21.1 as a Tarnished. Tarnished Craft reads Elden Ring's own rules, weapons, text and boss music from your Elden Ring install while you play. Nothing from Elden Ring ships with the mod, so you need both games.
Pick your origin. Vagabond, Warrior, Hero, Bandit, Astrologer, Prophet, Confessor, Samurai, Prisoner or Wretch. Each class's level, eight attributes and starting weapon come straight from Elden Ring's character data.
Twenty Elden Ring weapons. You'll find the Longsword, Uchigatana, Claymore, Zweihander, Greatsword, Moonveil, Bloodhound's Fang, Nagakiba, Rivers of Blood and more. Each one shows its Elden Ring name and lore. Damage is the weapon's real attack rating at your stats, using its base damage, scaling curves and stat requirements. Heavier weapons swing slower.
Stamina. Every swing costs that weapon's Elden Ring stamina, and sprinting drains it. Run dry and you can't attack.
Sites of Grace. One is lit beside you when you choose your class, and you can craft more. Resting refills your Flask of Crimson Tears, heals you and sets where you respawn. It also opens leveling: spend runes on Vigor, Endurance, Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Faith or Arcane at Elden Ring's rune cost.
Runes and death. Every kill gives runes. When you die, YOU DIED, and your runes wait where you fell. Walk back to take them, or die again and lose them.
Boss music. Near the Wither, Elder Guardian, Warden or Ender Dragon, Minecraft's music stops and an Elden Ring boss theme plays: Godrick the Grafted, Rennala, Mohg or Dragonlord Placidusax. The theme moves to its second phase below half health. Bosses drop Elden Ring weapons, along with a GREAT ENEMY FELLED.
Single player. On first start the four boss themes are converted from your Elden Ring into a local cache (about 40 MB).
