Armed employees versus playable monsters: the quota goes Versus.
A Versus mode for Lethal Company, inspired by Left 4 Dead 2: choose employees or monsters, collect scrap, and beat the opposing side’s haul after switching sides.
Prototype designed for 1v1 to 4v4, with at least one player per team. Weightless Shotgun and Uzi, limited ammo to collect, and the built-in flashlight with an infinite battery in a separate slot. Bracken and Thumper are playable, with ghost respawns, the ability to return near employees as a ghost, and night vision.
Both games must be installed by every player. Weapon models, textures, and sounds are loaded into memory from your own Left 4 Dead 2 installation; no game assets are included.
Two complete 1v1 matches were tested on two local clients controlled by scripts, including combat, quota, side switching, and the final result. Eight slots are configured; testing between two PCs over the internet, 4v4, and balancing with real players still need validation. This prototype does not include autonomous AI for test players.
