At the end of Deltarune Chapter 5, the Knight escapes through a second Dark Fountain, taking Asgore. Kris, Susie and Ralsei dive in after them and land in Niko's dark, sunless world.
What you get
- Kris, Susie and Ralsei walk behind Niko through OneShot: World Machine Edition, using their own Deltarune overworld sprites.
- Deltarune's own text box: the black box with the animated corners, character portraits, Deltarune's font, and each character's text voice. Every line waits for you to press confirm.
- Deltarune-style asides: while Niko talks to people, Ralsei and Susie chime in with a small portrait and a comment beside the text box, without interrupting.
- The gang reacts to what you do. Every object and person Niko can inspect in the opening house and the Barrens has its own reactions, and so does the first Glen village. Everywhere else they react to robots, jars, plants, notes, food, doors and people.
- Story beats: an arrival scene, a reaction to finding the sun, first visits to each region, and chatter while you walk.
- Set right after Chapter 5: Asgore taken by the Knight, Flowery's warning, Susie calling Castle Town home and wanting to bring Noelle next time.
- New World Machine desktop extras: 6 colour themes in the gang's colours and 7 wallpapers (Card Castle, the gang's Castle Town rooms, the Fountain Door, Kris's room at night, and the Fun Gang with Niko), painted from your own Deltarune's art. You'll find them in the desktop's Themes and Wallpapers folders. The desktop's first-boot tutorial is skipped.
Needs OneShot: World Machine Edition (you play inside it) and Deltarune with Chapter 5. The mod reads sprites, portraits, the font, voices and wallpaper art from your own Deltarune install. Nothing from either game is included in the download, and OneShot's save is never changed.
