Chaos Rune

DELTARUNE Chapters 1 and 2, but every 30 seconds a random chaos effect hits for a little while. A countdown in the top-left corner shows when the next one is coming. Press Play, then pick Chapter 1 or Chapter 2 at DELTARUNE's own chapter select.

Chaos effects

• TINY KRIS! / GIANT KRIS!: Kris shrinks to half size or grows to double size
• DOUBLE SPEED!: the whole game runs twice as fast
• UPSIDE DOWN! / MIRROR WORLD!: the screen flips
• BULLET CRAWL!: enemy bullets slow to a crawl
• NO COOLDOWN! (new in 0.5.0): in battle, the enemies' attacks fire nonstop with no gap between bullets for 10 seconds of their turn
• VOICE SWAP!: Susie talks with Ralsei's face and voice, and Ralsei with Susie's
• AMBUSH!: an enemy from the chapter you're playing drops right on Kris and drags you into battle
• SNOWGRAVE!: Noelle's Snowgrave freezes Susie or Ralsei mid-battle (Kris is never picked)
• BOSS CRASH!: a boss from any chapter (Spamton NEO, Queen, Tenna, the Roaring Knight, Gerson, Flowery or Pink) crashes into a fight and obliterates an enemy. Then a real boss fight takes over: Jevil or King in Chapter 1, Spamton NEO in Chapter 2. Winning it doesn't change your story.

Single player. Plays from your own copy of DELTARUNE (Steam, v1.0.0.2) and uses your normal save files. On first launch Chaos Rune makes its own patched copy of Chapters 1 and 2; your installed game is never changed.
