A full Binding of Isaac run through Counter-Strike 2's maps and Geometry Dash's levels, all the way down to Mom's Heart, with a main boss at the end of each theme.
Isaac's own room layouts, monsters, bosses, items, pills, cards, chests, shops and secret rooms, reskinned with Counter-Strike 2 and set to Geometry Dash. Every room plays a real Geometry Dash song, and its spikes rise and fall on a steady beat.
Eight chapters, three main bosses
- Chapters 1-3, Counter-Strike 2: Plant the Bomb (Dust II), Smoke and Mirrors (Mirage) and Into the Fire (Inferno), built from each map's own floor, wall, door and trim materials and dressed with its posters, signs, graffiti and rubble. Bomb sites: C4 is planted mid-fight, so stand on it and hold E to defuse it within 30 seconds for cash, bombs and a key. If it goes off, it kills you unless Holy Mantle or an extra life saves you. Gun bullets can land headshots for triple damage, and a soldier's first headshot knocks the helmet off. Inferno ends with The Warlord: a giant terrorist with a machine gun, grenades, airstrikes, charges and slams, who calls for backup when he's hurt.
- Chapters 4-6, Geometry Dash: The First Jump (Stereo Madness), The Demon Club (Clubstep) and No Way Out (Deadlocked), with glowing GD decorations and neon doors. Speed, mini and mirror portals change the room as you walk through them. Three secret coins are hidden on each GD floor; find all three and the Vault opens. Deadlocked ends with The Cube: a Geometry Dash cube that hops across the room, sweeps walls of spikes with a gap in them, throws saws and slams the floor.
- Chapters 7-8, the Womb: Back to the Womb and Heartbreak, Isaac's own, ending at Mom's Heart: four phases of bullet patterns and spinning lasers, to Isaac's own womb fight music.
- The three main bosses have their own fight music, a second wind at half health, and a skull on the chapter bar between floors, which shows each chapter's own icon: Dust II, Mirage and Inferno, Geometry Dash's cubes and wave, Isaac's womb. Between chapters, Isaac drops through the trapdoor into his nightmare.
What you get
- 40 bosses that never repeat in a run, each showing where it's about to fire: Isaac's (Monstro to The Adversary and Polycephalus), plus the mashup's own: fully animated CS2 agents that turn, walk, shoot and fall with their guns, molotovs and radio calls, and GD's Robot, Spider, Lurker, Sludge and Spikeball. Bosses with guns and the main bosses fight in a fixed pattern you can learn, and some leap up and smash the floor: nine cracks run out of the break (stand between two), and rubble falls where you stood.
- About 180 monsters: Isaac's, CS2 shotgunners, rushers, riot shields and molotov throwers, snipers, bombers and chickens, and GD beasts, robots, spiders, UFOs, orange balls that roll their skin as they move and a Needle that digs out of the ground and leaps at you.
- About 190 items with Isaac's transformations (Conjoined, Seraphim, Spun, Fun Guy and more, plus the new Global Elite and Geometry Master), familiars that follow you and fight, 24 active items, pills and tarot cards. New in this version: The Wiz, Ankh, Magneto, Toxic Shock, Zeus Coil, Medi-Kit, Headhunter, Bounty Hunter, Stiletto, Lava Boots, Spike Burst and Pink Orb, and synergies between items and guns (Crit Burst, Chain Fire, Plague Chain, X Marks the Spot, Hot Pursuit, Blood Sport). Every flight item puts you in GD's ship.
- 18 guns ranked in five tiers (the strong ones are rare), four at a time on top of your tears: 14 real CS2 guns with their own models and sounds, plus 4 GD weapons that fire saws, wave darts, jump orbs and spikes. Isaac's items add to what guns fire: with Brimstone every 4th bullet is a blood beam, Dr. Fetus adds grenades, Ipecac makes explosive rounds that go off at every bounce, and Godhead puts a burning aura round your weapon and its shots.
- Soldiers wear their helmets on their heads and hold their guns in both hands, and so do you with the Helmet item. Defusing a bomb is animated: Isaac crouches over the C4 and snips the four wires one by one.
- HE grenades as bombs: tap E to drop one, hold E to cook it and throw. Bombs blow open locked doors, and closed doors mid-fight. Blow up a shopkeeper for its coins. Flashbangs, smokes, molotovs, a decoy that pops up a dummy of Isaac, and C4 you can plant or throw, as active items.
- Each floor has its own chests: CS2 lockboxes, GD treasure chests and Isaac's chests in the Womb. Secret and Super Secret Rooms follow Isaac's rules.
- Real CS2 fire, items that drop in and glow, CS2's round-win banner and a shockwave when you defuse, the Sun card rising over the room before it burns everything in it, a victory anthem for every boss, and Isaac's diary death screen showing what killed you.
- Isaac's HUD with stats for the weapon you're holding, a minimap showing each room's type and items, Holy Mantle on your hearts, the floor's completion % and a full map with the run timer on Tab.
