Counter-Strike 2 bomb rounds played inside Bodycam. You play Bodycam: its bodycam camera, movement, guns, bots and lethal damage. Counter-Strike 2 brings Dust II, the bomb, the money and the sounds, read from your own CS2 install on first Play. Nothing from either game is shipped, and CS2 is only read, never launched or modified.
What you get
- Dust II built from your CS2 files: geometry, textures, collision, T/CT spawns, bomb sites A and B, and buy zones.
- Solo against Bodycam bots: you + 4 bots vs 5 bots in a private match. First to 13, and sides swap after round 12.
- CS2 rounds:
- 15 s freeze time
- 1:55 round clock, also shown on Bodycam's Tab screen
- win by elimination, bomb, defuse or time
- The C4:
- As T you carry it. Hold E inside site A or B to plant (3.2 s).
- The bomb ticks for 40 s with CS2 beeps. CTs hold E to defuse (10 s, or 5 s with a kit).
- The explosion kills anyone near the site.
- CS2 economy:
- $800 start, kill rewards and win/loss bonuses.
- B opens the buy menu (Kevlar + Helmet, Defuse Kit).
- Your guns are your Bodycam loadout.
- CS2 audio from your install: gunshots, C4 beeps/plant/defuse/explosion and the round-end calls.
- Bots follow real Dust II routes (Long, Short, Mid, B tunnels) using CS2's callout places.
- Keys: B buy, E plant/defuse, M switch side next round, N spectate when dead.
First Play
Melty reads Dust II and the CS2 sounds from your Counter-Strike 2 install, which takes about a minute. Bodycam then starts and the match opens by itself from the lobby. Building Dust II takes about 45 s.
Requirements
