About

(Inspired by sons of the Forest) Two additions to Valheim: a hang glider you build at the workbench, and Sven, an exile from Asgard who arrives at your door and becomes your companion.

The Hang Glider

Built at a Workbench from 10 Wood, 6 Deer Hide, 4 Leather Scraps and 4 Resin, and worn in your utility slot.

Jump or step off somewhere high and hold Jump to open it. Let go to fold it.
No cliff? Sprint, jump and keep holding Jump: a running start lifts you off.
It flies where you look: dive to pick up speed, climb to trade it for height, and climb too long and you'll stall.
Gliding slowly drains stamina, and there's no fall damage while the glider is open.

Sven

The first morning you wake in a world, a stranger walks up and hails you. Talk to him and he tells you his story: a thrall from the halls of Valhalla, cast out to Valheim for being better with a blade than his betters.

Follows you, stays, or gathers wood (trees, logs, sticks, stumps) and stone and ore wherever you send him. He arrives with a flint axe and an antler pickaxe; better tools let him do more.
Hauls to a chest you choose, works up to 100 m from it, and keeps working when he's too far away for the game to load. When the chest is full he stops and tells you.
Fights with whatever you give him (weapons, shield, armour, bow and arrows). Choose Attack everything, Normal or Passive.
Sneaks when you sneak, and holds his attacks so you can creep up on things.
Sleeps in his own bed when you sleep, and gets up a few seconds after you.
If he's knocked out he keeps his gear, drops what he was carrying (marked on your map) and is back after 3 minutes.
He's on your map, stays out of deep water, and comes running when you press J.

Controls (look at Sven): E orders, Shift + E his inventory, a hotbar key hands him that slot's axe or pickaxe, and J anywhere calls him.

In BepInEx/config/chris.valheimwingsandexile.cfg: Sven's name, his call key, health and damage, ranges, carry limit, glider feel and stamina, and more.
