Traveller of Rain

The Traveller from Journey is a new survivor in Risk of Rain 2.

You fight with your voice and fly on the energy of your scarf. Every kill releases a glowing symbol that lengthens the scarf, and a longer scarf means more time in the air.

• Chirp (left mouse): a short note that hits everything close in front of you.
• Great Chirp (right mouse): take a breath, then stun everything around you.
• Scarf Flight (hold Shift): fly where you look until the scarf runs out. It refills on the ground.
• White Robe (R): a burst of light that damages everything near, heals you and refills the scarf.

The Traveller is Journey's own character: its 3D model, skeleton, walk, run, glide, jump and shout animations, cloth textures, symbols and music are all read from your own copy of Journey while you play. Nothing from Journey is included in the download, so you need Journey installed (Steam).

Good to know: the cape is cloth stretched over Journey's cape joints, not Journey's live cloth, so it is stiffer. The chirp sounds are short phrases of Journey's score. Made and tested for single player.
