Terraria's Corruption, Jungle, Ice and Desert grow in your Minecraft survival world, with their bosses, weapons and music.
Terraria's world grows inside your Minecraft survival game. Its blocks, enemies, bosses, weapons, sounds and music all come from your own copy of Terraria.
The Corruption shows up near your spawn and in forests and plains, and it slowly spreads over grass and stone. Smash its Shadow Orbs for a Musket or a Vilethorn. On day 7 the Eater of Worlds bursts out of the nearest Corruption and hunts you down. Break three Shadow Orbs to wake it early.
Terraria twins of Minecraft biomes
Home turf: bosses follow you anywhere, but lead one out of its home biome and it enrages: faster, hitting harder, glowing red.
Weapons: Copper Shortsword (from the Guide), Light's Bane, Vilethorn, Musket, Blade of Grass, Bee Keeper, Bee Gun, Ice Blade, Lucy the Axe, Pew-matic Horn, Mandible Blade and Sandgun. You can also craft Worm Food, Abeemination and Deer Thing to summon the bosses.
Terraria's soundtrack follows you from biome to biome and into every boss fight.
Play together (up to 8): press Esc, then Open to LAN. The built-in e4mc relay gives your world an internet address, Melty shows it to your friends, and they join from Multiplayer, then Direct Connection. No port forwarding needed.
