Naruto Scrolls 0.1.0 - Skyrim Special Edition mashup prototype (single-player only).

Needs: Skyrim SE 1.7.104 and your own Steam copy of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4. Melty installs Ultimate ASI Loader and this plugin; nothing to set up by hand. No Skyrim or Storm 4 files are included.

In game (windowed / borderless): hold C = charge chakra, G = Rasengan. A green "Naruto Scrolls loaded" text shows for 10 s at start. If nothing appears, send NarutoScrolls.log (next to SkyrimSE.exe). Keys can be changed in NarutoScrolls.ini. Log: %LOCALAPPDATA%\NarutoScrolls\NarutoScrolls.log
