Getting Over PEAK

You wake up on PEAK's beach stuck in Diogenes' cauldron. Your legs are no use now: the only way up PEAK's mountain is Getting Over It's sledgehammer, swung with the mouse.

What's in it

• Getting Over It's pot and hammer, models and textures taken from your own copy of the game, on PEAK's real island.
• Getting Over It's controls, rebuilt in PEAK's 3D physics: the same hammer cursor, motors, masses, friction and heavy gravity. Hop, fling and hook your way over rocks, wrecks and cliffs in a side-on plane you can turn.
• Bennett Foddy's narration and subtitles from your copy. He opens with "It's just you and the hammer", has a condolence, a quote or a sad old song for every big fall, offers advice when you're stuck, and works through his monologue as you climb higher. He remembers what you've already heard.
• Getting Over It's sounds: hammer hits, scrapes and whooshes, pot clunks, Diogenes' grunts.
• No hunger, injuries or cold while you're in the pot. Falling is the only punishment.

Controls: Mouse swings the hammer · A / D (or Q / E) turns the view · Mouse wheel zooms.

Solo. Start a run as usual and board the plane. You're in the pot as soon as you land.

You need PEAK and Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy installed. Nothing from either game is included: the mod reads Getting Over It's models, sounds and lines from your own install while you play. Melty installs BepInEx for PEAK for you.
