Getting Over Terraria

Getting Over Terraria welds Terraria's bestiary onto Bennett Foddy's mountain.

You still climb the mountain with the pot and hammer. But now Terraria wakes up around you:

• Slimes, zombies, demon eyes, bats and skeletons climb the slopes with you, and every one of them is a target for your hammer. A solid swing kills it and drops loot.
• Hearts and coins pop out of kills; hearts heal you, coins build your score. Ironskin, Swiftness and even a fallen Star turn up when you need them.
• Your health is Terraria's hearts, and anything that touches you hurts: contact damage, with a short mercy regen.
• Near the top the Eye of Cthulhu wakes and hunts you down. Beat it for the biggest score.

The monsters and their sounds are read from the real Terraria you already own and used at runtime, so the mashup ships no copyrighted Terraria content. Everything installs in one click: the loader and the mod are placed for you, and the game launches straight into the mountain.
