Assetto San Andreas turns Los Santos from your own copy of GTA San Andreas into an Assetto Corsa track, then drops you at Grove Street in any AC car you own.
Assetto Corsa all the way: its cars, tyre model, physics, sound, force feedback, wheel or pad.
The real Los Santos: Grove Street, Ganton, downtown, Vinewood, the freeways and the beach, with San Andreas's own models and textures.
Real surfaces: asphalt grips, while grass, dirt and sand are slippery, taken from GTA's own collision and surface data. Walls and buildings are solid.
Nothing from GTA is shipped: the map is converted on your PC from your own game files (it takes a few seconds the first time) and saved as the AC track "Los Santos (San Andreas)".
How to play: press Play, pick a car and click Drive in Los Santos. Assetto Corsa starts at Grove Street; click the steering-wheel icon to drive. Your usual race.ini is restored when you quit.
Needs Assetto Corsa (Steam) and GTA San Andreas (PC, classic version). Solo free roam.
