Play Elden Ring as Venom Snake, converted from your own MGSV install.
Venom Snake walks into the Lands Between.
When you press Play, this mashup reads Snake from your own Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain install, fits him to the Tarnished, and turns him into Elden Ring armor. Nothing from either game ships with the mod: every player's Snake is built from their own copy.
How to play
Use a separate character and back up your saves.
