SA2 Craft 0.1.8

Play as Sonic or Shadow from Sonic Adventure 2 inside Minecraft: Java Edition 1.21.1.

SA2 Craft reads the characters' real models, animations, physics and music from your own Steam copy of Sonic Adventure 2, so they look, move and sound like they do in SA2. Nothing from SA2 is included in the download.

What you get

• Press M to pick your character, then tear across the world at SA2 speed
• Homing attack, spin dash and rail grinding
• Sonic Wind / Chaos Spear, Time Stop / Chaos Control, Mystic Melody and the Magic Hand
• No fall damage, SA2 music that follows what you're doing
• Keyboard and controller support (controls are shown in the character menu)

Update 0.1.8 changes-

• Some physics changes and summersault tweaks
• The light speed attack now works like in vanilla SA2
• Added proper underwater physics
• Tweaked Shadow's camera shake to be a smooth left to right pan
• Added voicelines
• Made only burning summersault set mobs on fire
• Added a hitbox to Sonic's bounce
• fixed Sonic's bounce so it will latch onto and grind on fences
• Removed fades from music transitions and added the song name display
• Fixed some install issues

You need Minecraft: Java Edition (your Microsoft account) and Sonic Adventure 2 installed from Steam. Press Play and Melty sets up Minecraft, Fabric and the mod for you.

Further updates will be coming, and up next will be more characters, probably Knuckles and Rogue next.
