Rudie Mode

Rollerblade through skate. like a Jet Set Radio Rudie.

skate. runs offline here (no EA servers), and Rudie Mode plays it by Jet Set Radio's rules:

• Rudie movement: high, floaty jumps, rails you lock onto from almost anywhere, grinds that keep their speed to the end, rolling that never stops, and landings that almost never bail.
• Dash: LB + RB on a controller, or Q on the keyboard. On foot, it puts you on your skates first.
• Jet Set Radio's own skate sounds for rolling, grinding, jumping, landing and dashing.
• The Jet Set Radio station takes over skate.'s radio with 13 songs. F7 skips to the next song.
• F6 turns Rudie Mode off and on.

All of Jet Set Radio's sounds and music are read while you play from your own installed copy of Jet Set Radio. Nothing from either game is included in the download.

You need: skate. (free on Steam) and Jet Set Radio (Steam). Solo.

One honest limit: skate. has no inline-skate animations, so your skater keeps skate.'s body. The rollerblading comes through in how you move and what you hear.
