Minecraft x How to Fish

Minecraft, brought into How to Fish instead of the other way around. While you fish, you can also build.

• Real Minecraft blocks. Place and break stone, oak planks, grass and diamond blocks - each one textured with the real block textures read straight from your own installed Minecraft: Java Edition client (never bundled).
• A small Minecraft tool bar. Two extra slots next to your fishing hotbar: Blocks (scroll to pick a block, F5 to place, F6 to break) and a real Netherite Sword, icon and all.
• Creative-mode flight. F8 toggles flying - Space to rise, Ctrl to sink - so you can build and get around without gravity fighting you.
• The Netherite Sword fights back. F7 swings it at whatever's in front of you, using How to Fish's own hit system - fish go down in one hit.

Single player. Goofy on purpose.

Requires: How to Fish and Minecraft: Java Edition both installed, and Minecraft needs to have been launched at least once (so its block textures are actually downloaded) - just open it to the title screen once, no world needed. Minecraft itself is never modified or launched by this mod - its files are only read from your own install while you play How to Fish.
