Minecraft Ring: Retuned remix

Walk, build and fight as your Minecraft character inside Elden Ring's Lands Between, with Minecraft Ring: Retuned's fairer survival fights. This remix keeps everything Retuned plays like and fixes what kept players from playing it.

What's different from Retuned 0.4.1

• It works on the current Elden Ring (2.7.2.0). 0.4.1 only accepted 2.7.2.0, but its bridge only knew 2.7.1.0, so Elden Ring's side of the link switched itself off and Minecraft sat waiting (the freezes and crashes players reported). The bridge now knows both versions and picks the right one by itself.
• Alt+Tab works, no more frozen screen. While you play the mashup, Elden Ring shows as a borderless window instead of exclusive Fullscreen, so switching between Minecraft, Elden Ring and other windows doesn't change the display mode. Your own Elden Ring settings stay exactly as they are when you start it from Steam.
• No double bridge. If you once installed Minecraft Ring by hand from GitHub, its loader in Elden Ring's folder used to switch on as well and crash the game a few seconds in. This version starts with its own signal, so the old one stays off.
• Its own link folder, instead of a temp folder every Minecraft Ring copy shared.

How to play

Offline single player. Press Play: Melty sets up Minecraft once (sign in to your Minecraft account when asked), then starts Elden Ring with Easy Anti-Cheat off and Minecraft beside it. Choose Continue in Elden Ring; Minecraft opens its bridge world by itself. F8 switches control between Minecraft and Elden Ring.
