The whole Elden Ring campaign, with Black Ops II on top
Nothing about Elden Ring changes. The campaign, the story, the fog doors, every field enemy and every boss (Margit, Godrick, Radahn, Malenia) keep their own AI, health pools and moves. There is no zombie mode, no wave survival and no enemy replacement.
What Black Ops II adds is the layer around the fighting:
- BO2 firearms. Assault rifles, SMGs, pistols, shotguns, LMGs and scoped sniper rifles with working scopes - built with their real BO2 numbers (damage, ranges, magazine, fire rate, reload, zoom) read out of your own Black Ops II install.
- Runes become COD Points. Kills pay points by what you killed, and carried runes can be banked at any Site of Grace.
- Wall Buys and a Mystery Box in the hubs and at standard Sites of Grace - Church of Elleh, Roundtable Hold and onward.
- Perk-a-Cola machines outside the major boss fog gates and at checkpoints.
- A Camo Selection Menu on the Site of Grace menu, offering every camo your own Black Ops II copy contains.
- Pack-a-Punch turns a gun into its BO2 "Packed" variant: double damage, a bigger magazine, an elemental or explosive projectile, and the animated finish.
- Scorestreaks on consecutive kills: UAV/VSAT enemy marking, Hunter Killer/Hellstorm/Lightning Strike strikes, K9/AGR/Sentry/Escort Drone companions, and the Death Machine/War Machine weapon overrides. Dying wipes your streak.
What you need
- Elden Ring 2.7.1.0 - 2.7.1.1
- Call of Duty: Black Ops II installed (it supplies the guns, camos and sounds)
Elden Ring runs offline through ModEngine2 with EasyAntiCheat off. Black Ops II is never launched and needs no mod of its own - its files are only read, on your PC.
Nothing from either game ships with the download
The mod ships a converter. The first time you press Play it reads the guns, camos and sounds out of the two games on your own PC and builds the mashup's files locally.
