Harlowe, BL4's Gravitar, in Gaige's slot. Start a new game and pick Gaige's portrait. Like in BL4, her action skill comes from the tree you've put the most points into:
All three use BL4's own cooldowns, durations and radii.
Her three BL4 skill trees (Cosmic Brilliance, Creative Bursts, Seize the Day) replace Gaige's: 37 of Harlowe's real skills with BL4's names, descriptions and per-rank values, including Break the Ice, Q-Ball, Stun Lock and Falling Bodies. On Pandora, Cryo plays as Slag and Radiation as Corrosive.
BL4 movement for every class: double jump, dash (double-tap Sprint or Left Alt), glide (hold Jump while falling) and grapple (Q), with BL4's glide physics, grapple range and the Vault Power meter.
BL4 loot: BL2 legendaries become BL4 legendaries (Truck, King's Gambit, Kaoson, Hellwalker, Ravenfire and 19 more) with their BL4 names, red text and makers plus a perk, and bosses drop one. Regular guns can roll BL4 firmware or a part licensed from Daedalus, Ripper or Order.
Needs: Borderlands 2 (Harlowe needs the Mechromancer pack) and Borderlands 4 installed (Steam or Epic). Nothing from BL4 is shipped. Single player.
