Night City has fallen under alien occupation. Automatons patrol the corpo towers (City Center, Westbrook, Watson). Terminids swarm the Badlands fringe (Heywood, Pacifica, Badlands).

Every district has a Democracy Meter (0–100%). It decays over time. Kill enemies and destroy outposts to push it up. Let it fall to 25% and enemy squads spawn twice as fast.
Liberate all 6 districts to trigger Night City Liberated — for Super Earth.
