GTA IV's wanted system comes to Minecraft. Every world starts on a Star Junction street in Liberty City. Cause trouble and the LCPD come for you.
What's in it
Liberty City. All of Algonquin, rebuilt in blocks with GTA IV's own textures. It's the world spawn, so you also respawn there unless you've set a bed. /libertycity leave takes you to the regular Minecraft overworld and its villages, and /libertycity brings you back.
Wanted level, 1 to 6 stars. Assault, murder, gunfire, theft from village chests and car theft all count, if someone sees it. Break line of sight and leave the search area to lose the cops.
GTA IV police. LCPD officers, NOOSE and FIB arrive in GTA IV police cars, aim their GTA IV guns and shoot back. Downed officers drop their gun and ammo.
GTA IV cars you can drive. Banshee, Taxi, Police Cruiser and more, with GTA IV handling. Steal parked cars or carjack NPC drivers.
GTA IV guns. Pistol, Combat Pistol, Micro SMG, SMG, Pump Shotgun, Assault Rifle, Carbine Rifle and Sniper Rifle, with their GTA IV stats and clips.
GTA IV pedestrians and traffic. They walk the streets, flee and witness crimes, drive around, and fall over when you run them down.
A GTA IV-style radar with the police search area, cop blips, health and armor.
Needs
Minecraft: Java Edition. Melty sets up its own Minecraft 26.3 with Fabric. Sign in once with the Microsoft account that owns Minecraft.
Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition on Steam, installed. Every GTA IV model, texture and map is read from your own copy while you play. None of it is in this download.
The first time, Liberty City takes about a minute to build from your GTA IV files, and you're moved there when it's ready. After that it loads from a cache. Single-player.
