It's still Guns 'n Goblins: the camp, the bell, the waves and the upgrades. But every gun in your hands is a Counter-Strike 2 gun.
What's in it
- All 34 CS2 guns and every CS2 knife, held in CS2's first-person arms, with CS2's own draw, idle, shoot, reload and inspect animations and sounds. Each gun fills its Guns 'n Goblins slot (pistol, rifle or shotgun); the dagger becomes a CS2 knife. The rocket launcher stays as Guns 'n Goblins made it.
- The CS2 buy menu (B): Pistols, SMGs, Rifles and Heavy at their real CS2 prices. Kills pay CS2's kill award for the gun that got the kill (scaled for hordes), plus boss and loss bonuses. Money caps at $16,000, and you lose bought guns when you die, as in CS2.
- Guns 'n Goblins upgrades still apply: CS2's fire rate, magazine, pellets and reload time, with damage scaled from the slot's Guns 'n Goblins level.
- CS2 cases: bosses always drop one, big enemies sometimes do. Every CS2 weapon case is in with its real contents and CS2's odds, the spinning reel, float, pattern and StatTrak™. The skin is painted onto the gun in your hands from CS2's own paint kits. Rare Special Items are CS2 knives.
- CS2 feel: kill feed, headshot dink on criticals, music kit stings and the announcer.
Needs
Guns 'n Goblins Demo and Counter-Strike 2 (free) on Steam. Nothing from CS2 is shipped: the first start reads your own CS2 install and converts what the mod uses (about a minute). Guns 'n Goblins' own save is untouched; your CS2 money, guns, skins and cases are kept separately.
