Run through Megabonk's 3D world as Isaac, Magdalene, Cain, Azazel, The Lost and the rest of Isaac's cast — everything from Isaac is read from your own installed copy of The Binding of Isaac.
What's in it
17 Isaac characters with their real sprites, hair and costumes, and their Repentance starting stats.
Isaac's stats — Damage, Tears, Range, Shot speed, Speed, Luck and heart containers, using Repentance's formulas. Megabonk's tomes and items still stack on top.
Autoshooter tears: you fire Isaac tears at the nearest enemy. Items change them — homing, piercing, spectral, poison, burning, slowing, explosive, bouncing, splitting, lasers, triple and quad shot.
Every level-up: pick 1 of 3 Isaac items from the Treasure Room pool (254 items work): stat ups, tear effects, familiars that shoot or orbit, attack flies, and active items that trigger on their own.
Isaac bosses: Megabonk's bosses and minibosses become Monstro, The Duke of Flies, Gurdy, Peep, Loki, Mom's Heart, Satan, Isaac, ??? or one of the Seven Deadly Sins, with their look, name and bullet patterns.
Normal enemies, maps and chests stay Megabonk's. Single player.
You need
Megabonk and The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth on Steam (Afterbirth+/Repentance content is used if you have it).
Nothing else: BepInEx 6 comes with the mashup. The very first launch takes a little longer while BepInEx prepares Megabonk once.
