Portal storms over Minecraft. Black Mesa above it.
A remix of Half-Craft that adds what it was missing: the aliens, and the places.
What you get
Portal storms. About 20 seconds into a world, green Xen lightning tears open near you and Half-Life's aliens step out with their real models, animations and sounds: headcrabs that leap, zombie scientists that claw, houndeyes that charge a sonic blast. Storms return every minute or two and grow, from three headcrabs to four portals at once.
A starter kit the first time you join a world: crowbar, HEV suit, 9mm pistol with three clips, two medkits.
Real Half-Life maps, not rebuilt from blocks. Type /cascade map c1a0 and you are standing in Anomalous Materials, drawn from the level's own polygons, textures and baked lighting. Walk it, climb its ladders, and walk through its level changes into the next map. Any map in your Half-Life works by file name (c0a0, c1a1, c2a5, c4a1, crossfire, stalkyard...), and the headcrabs, zombies and houndeyes a map places stand where Valve put them. /cascade home takes you back.
Everything from Half-Craft: all 14 Half-Life weapons with real viewmodels, the HEV HUD, Half-Life movement and bunny hopping, crafting recipes and loot.
Single player. Storms rest on Peaceful. /cascade storm (cheats on) opens one right now.
Needs
Minecraft: Java Edition (your account; the bundled Prism Launcher downloads 26.3 and Fabric on first Play).
Half-Life on Steam. Nothing from Half-Life is in the download: models, sounds, sprites, textures and maps are read from your own copy while you play.
Good to know
Doors, lifts and trains do not move yet: doors are left out so every doorway is open, and a place only a lift reaches is a map to visit with /cascade map.
Maps stand high above your world. No blocks are placed and your world is not changed.
