Half-Life weapons and movement in Minecraft, with a repaired HEV HUD.
A HUD repair remix of Half-Craft by DrClean.
Bring Half-Life's 14 weapons, animated first-person models and sounds into Minecraft. Wear the HEV suit for Half-Life movement, armor, batteries, medkits, suit voice and the Long Jump Module. Craft the gear or find it in loot; weapons retain the original mashup's interactions with breakable blocks.
What's fixed: the missing Half-Life health, suit charge, ammunition and weapon crosshair displays now load correctly, including on larger windows. Equip the HEV suit in the chest slot for health and armor; hold a Half-Life weapon for ammunition and its crosshair.
Requires Minecraft: Java Edition and your own installed Half-Life. The release includes portable Prism Launcher, a Minecraft 26.3 Fabric instance and Fabric API; first launch asks you to sign in with the Microsoft account that owns Minecraft. Half-Life models, textures and sounds are read from your installation at runtime.
The patched mod compiled successfully, passed checks against 16 real Half-Life HUD and weapon sprite descriptors, and was played in singleplayer by the creator, who confirmed the fix works. Multiplayer has not been tested.
Original Half-Craft by DrClean and Half-Craft contributors, licensed under MIT and open for remixes. HUD repair built with Codex. Prism Launcher and Fabric API retain their bundled licenses and credits.
