A 1 to 4 player co-op Phasmophobia inside Minecraft, with eight custom-built maps. Gear up at the van, head inside with your friends (or alone), find the evidence and name the ghost before it hunts you all down.
What's in it
- Eight maps, all as big as the hospital, in a random order: when a contract ends you vote on the next one from five random maps by typing its number in chat. No layout is the same twice: doors sit off-centre, a side hallway branches off to an extra wing, rooms can be mirrored to the other side of the hall, and the furniture, clutter and burnt-out lights change every contract. The maps: the three-story Abandoned Hospital (morgue, padded cells, chapel), Ravenmoor Manor (grand foyer, library, conservatory, a seance room in the attic), the Willow Creek Farmhouse (three floors up to a locked attic room), Deep Shelter 9, a bunker three levels underground, Saltmere Cay, a white villa on a private island, the MS Aurelia Star, a cruise liner moored at a pier (cabins, casino, theatre, ship's morgue, the bridge), the overgrown Temple of Ixchalan in the jungle (one floor above ground, two below), and Hollow Creek Caves, a natural cave system under a hill: winding tunnels and rough chambers with old timber-framed doors, no power at all, and only the rare lantern. Each is rebuilt fresh, and the ghost can be in any room on any floor.
- All 27 ghost types from Phasmophobia, from Spirit and Banshee to Deogen, Thaye and The Mimic, each with its three kinds of evidence. The ghost type and its room are random every contract, and types differ in how fast they hunt, how soon and how often, and how active they are. You never see the ghost unless it's hunting you, and it takes a different form each contract (six looks, from the Pale Lady to the Burnt Man).
- All 7 kinds of evidence and the gear to find them: EMF Reader (EMF 5), Thermometer (freezing temperatures), Spirit Box (answers in the dark), UV Light (fingerprints), D.O.T.S Projector (a green dot figure walking through it), Video Camera (night vision and Ghost Orbs) and Ghost Writing Book. Plus a Flashlight, Crucifixes and a Journal that greys out every ghost that doesn't fit.
- Ghost activity: doors creak open and slam, light switches flip, knocking, whispers.
- Jump scares: a door slams shut right behind you, the lights flare and burst, a voice whispers in your ear as your vision goes dark, footsteps sprint toward you and stop, things fly off shelves at you, cold breath on your neck, a scream from another floor.
- Hunts: the lights flicker, the exit locks and it comes for you. Hide in a closet and shut the door, or put a crucifix in its room first.
- Phasmophobia's own sounds: the equipment, doors, footsteps, whispers, spirit box voices and the hunt are read from your installed copy of Phasmophobia the first time you play. Phasmophobia itself is never changed or launched, so there's no risk to your account.
Solo or co-op with up to 4 hunters. Press Play to host, and friends join from the join link on this page; no port forwarding. If the ghost catches you, you're out and watch your team as a spectator; the contract only fails when everyone is caught. Anyone can submit the guess from the van.
First time you press Play: Minecraft's launcher asks you to sign in with the Microsoft account that owns Minecraft: Java Edition, then downloads Minecraft (26.3 with Fabric) and Java. After that, Play drops you straight into the van.
