Race your friends up PEAK with real CS2 guns: shoot them off the cliff, grab cash from suitcases, buy at campfires, win the scoreboard.
PEAK becomes a race. The fog is gone: you and your friends race up the mountain level by level, armed with Counter-Strike 2's guns. Everything from CS2 is read from your own CS2 install while you play: the gun models, their sounds, prices and stats, CS2's money rules, bullet holes, impact sounds and music kit, even your own CS2 crosshair and keys.
How it plays
Three modes, picked on PEAK's boarding pass
In Easy and Normal there's no hunger or cold, and suitcases hold only a gun or cash.
Controls: left click shoots, R reloads, B opens the buy menu at a campfire (both follow your CS2 keys), right click scopes the AWP.
Playing together: 2 to 4 players, and everyone needs PEAK Strike. Join through the game: the host presses Play on PEAK's title screen as usual; friends press Join on PEAK's title screen and type the host's 6-letter room code, which Melty shows them.
You need PEAK and Counter-Strike 2 (free) installed on Steam: the guns and sounds come from CS2's files, so it has to be installed, not just owned, and be the current CS2 rather than the old CS:GO legacy beta. CS2 stays closed.
Built with Claude on Melty. Reads CS2's files with ValveResourceFormat (MIT, SteamDatabase) and decodes MP3s with NLayer (MIT).
