Play Minecraft Dungeons II in first person as Genji from Overwatch 2, with an offline hero.

What you get

• First person in Dungeons II's own levels: WASD, mouse aim, jump, crouch. You see Genji's arms, shuriken and swords from Overwatch, with Overwatch's own animations.
• Genji's kit with Overwatch's numbers: Shuriken, Fan of Blades, Swift Strike (any mob kill resets it), Deflect (sends projectiles back where you aim), Dragonblade, quick melee, double jump and wall climb.
• Overwatch's dragon and sword streaks on the Dragonblade, the real shuriken in flight, Overwatch sounds for every action, and Genji's voice with a radial voice wheel.
• Overwatch HUD: health, crosshair with hit markers, damage numbers, ability icons with cooldowns, ammo, ultimate charge.
• Skins: the default skin, Cyber Demon and Koi of Duality (F7), read from your own Overwatch.
• Dungeons II gear still matters: weapon power, damage, critical hits, attack speed, cooldowns and movement speed scale the hero. Artifacts work as usual: an element bracelet adds its damage and status to Genji's hits, Powershaker makes them explode. Kills give XP and loot.

Good to know

• Solo, offline hero only. In Dungeons II choose Heroes, Create New Hero, Play Offline. Online heroes run on the game's servers, where the mashup switches itself off.
• You need both games installed. Genji's models, animations, sounds and voice are read from your own Overwatch 2 the first time you enter the world (a few minutes, about 370 MB). Nothing from Overwatch is in the download, and Overwatch is never started or changed.
• The mashup changes none of Dungeons II's code.
• Overwatch's particle effects cannot be read from its files, so a few glows (the streak behind a shuriken, impact sparks, the glow on the drawn sword) are the mashup's own, and on mythic skins the sword streaks are Genji's green.
• Not in yet: Vendetta and Doomfist, gamepad controls.
