Elite Knight of War

Talion, Baranor and Eltariel wear Dark Souls III's complete Elite Knight set (Helm, Armor, Gauntlets and Leggings) in Middle-earth: Shadow of War. Shadow of War itself plays exactly as before.

What you get

• Talion in every armor set and tier (plus the Dark Talion skin), Baranor and Eltariel all appear in the Elite Knight set: the male cut for Talion and Baranor, the female cut for Eltariel (at Dark Souls III's own lower detail level, to fit her outfit files).
• Equipping different armor no longer changes how they look. Gear stats, perks and set bonuses still work as normal.
• Cloaks (with their fur trim and lining) and Talion's hood are hidden.
• Weapons, scabbards, Baranor's pack and everything else stay as they are.
• Single player.

How it works No game files are included. When you press Play, the mashup reads the Elite Knight set (meshes, skeleton and textures) from your own Dark Souls III, fits it to Shadow of War's own character skeletons, and packs it as an archive your Shadow of War loads like one of its own patches. The first Play takes about a minute to build. Shortly after the game starts, the mashup removes itself from the game's archive list again, so launching from Steam gives you the vanilla game.

Needs both games installed. Dark Souls III doesn't need any mods; it's only read.
