🚀 How to Play as Leon (Step by Step)

1. Launch via Melty:

   • On Melty, just click Play.
   • Melty detects your installed copies of Dark Souls III and Resident Evil 4 (2005), syncing the original audio files and Leon's native runtime.
   • The game launches automatically in a 100% offline and safe mode.

2. In Game:

   • The mod automatically replaces the player model with the complete Leon S. Kennedy model, wearing his classic tactical jacket without embers or lava.
   • Resident Evil 4's controls, weapons, and HUD load immediately through the native runtime.
   • The default Dark Souls III HUD is automatically hidden for maximum immersion.
   • Press TAB (or Select/Back on a controller) at any time to open the Attache Case and manage weapons, ammo, and herb combinations!

   • 50 rounds per magazine / 150 in reserve. Ultra-fast automatic fire (110ms), 50 damage per projectile, and a guaranteed stun after 3 consecutive hits!

• Switch weapons and check your ammo reserves.
• Combine medicinal herbs:
  • Green + Green (G+G): Restores 70% of total health.
  • Green + Green + Green (G+G+G): Restores 100% of total health.
  • Green + Red (G+R): Instantly restores 100% of total health.
  • Green + Yellow (G+Y): Restores 35% of health and permanently increases maximum health by +50 HP!
  • Green + Red + Yellow (G+R+Y): The ultimate RE4 combination: restores 100% of health and permanently increases maximum health by +80 HP!
• Quick-use items in combat: Press H on your keyboard or D-Pad Down on your controller to automatically use the best healing item in your bag.

🎯 Full Controls (Keyboard and Controller)

• Aim Weapon: Hold the Right Mouse Button or LT / L2. (Projects the red laser sight or the Rifle's sniper scope.)
• Fire: Left Mouse Button or RT / R2 (while aiming).
• Combat Knife / Parry: Hold Space or LB / L1. Left-click to slash; time your slash to parry enemy attacks with sparks and a full stun!
• Roundhouse Kick [KICK]: A gold prompt appears on screen when enemies are stunned or low on health. Press the Left Mouse Button or RT to throw a Roundhouse Kick (280 area damage and radial knockback).
• QTE Dodge [DODGE]: A red [F / B] prompt appears when nearby enemies charge at you, letting you dodge quickly with 1.5s of invulnerability (i-frames).
• Collect Drops [E / A]: Defeated enemies drop ammo, herbs, and grenades with an 85% chance. Walk up and press E or A to pick them up.
• Reload: Press R on your keyboard or X on your controller.
