Fight Casualties crystal enemies in a Sonic boost-and-homing challenge.
Play a single-player combat challenge alongside your own copy of Sonic X Shadow Generations. The overlay brings in the Crystal Enemy sprite and injury rules from your installed copy of Casualties: Unknown Demo.
Boost past incoming lunges, then use Sonic's homing attack twice on each of three enemies. Clear the 60-second stage while the HUD tracks skin, muscle, pain, bleeding, and consciousness.
Controls: F8 starts or resets the challenge, Shift/RT boosts, and Space/A homing-attacks. Both games must be installed.
