Flashing Lights crashes replayed in your own BeamNG.drive: real soft-body dents and handling damage on your vehicle.
How to join The host starts a game from the game's own multiplayer menu, and friends join that game from theirs, or through the host's invite. Everyone playing needs this mashup from Melty.
Crumple Response puts BeamNG.drive's soft-body crash physics into Flashing Lights.
You play Flashing Lights as normal. BeamNG.drive runs alongside it, and every time your vehicle hits something, your own copy of BeamNG.drive replays the crash on a matching BeamNG vehicle. Your Flashing Lights vehicle then crumples the way the BeamNG one did: bonnets fold, bumpers cave in, doors buckle.
What you get
How it works Press Play and Melty starts both games. BeamNG.drive loads its small grid test map in the background. Nothing from either game is copied; the vehicles and physics come from your own BeamNG.drive.
Dents appear a second or two after a hit, while BeamNG.drive plays the crash out. Hold F7 in Flashing Lights to see the link status, and press F9 to crash-test the nearest vehicle.
Needs: Flashing Lights and BeamNG.drive on the same PC, and a PC that can run both at once. The first start takes an extra minute or two while BepInEx sets itself up.
