Here's a new description for the Ashen Valley page on Melty, covering everything up to 0.1.5. It's ready to paste into the description box:
Farm by bonfire light. A coiled sword now stands in ash beside your farmhouse door. Grasp it, and Stardew Valley opens onto Lothric: a souls-like journey with real bosses, real deaths and a bonfire to come home to.
A long road to every boss
- Fourteen areas: the Cemetery of Ash, Firelink Shrine, the High Wall of Lothric, the Undead Settlement, the Road of Sacrifices, the Cathedral of the Deep, Farron Keep and the Catacombs of Carthus.
- Each boss waits at the end of its own long, enemy-filled road, with a bonfire at the start and a fog wall at the end.
- Six bosses: Iudex Gundyr, Vordt of the Boreal Valley, the Crystal Sage, the Deacons of the Deep, the Abyss Watchers and High Lord Wolnir.
- Every boss warns you before it strikes, then gets nastier below half health: frost breath, crystal volleys, illusions, summoned adds and a trail of fire.
- In Farron Keep, light the three beacons to open the way, and watch out for the poison swamp.
Fight like an Ashen One
- Stamina-based combat with dodge rolls. Die and you drop your souls where you fell; get back to that spot to pick them up.
- More than 25 weapons, from daggers to greatswords, plus 4 bows that fire arrows.
- Every weapon has its own weapon art on Q: Lunge, Spin Slash, Stomp, Iaijutsu, Warcry and more.
- Eight sorceries, miracles and pyromancies on R (switch spells with G), paid for in FP.
- Five armour sets from Blacksmith Andre, each piece taking a share of the damage.
Grow stronger with souls
- Level up Vigor, Endurance and Attunement at any bonfire. Each level costs more than the last.
- The Shrine Handmaid sells weapons, arrows, spells and seeds, plus bigger backpacks you unlock by beating bosses.
- Deeper areas hit harder and pay out more souls.
Still Stardew at heart
- Plant bonfire gardens that grow every time you rest.
- Cook your harvest into dishes that heal over time.
- Firelink Shrine has storage chests and a bed to sleep in.
- Travel between lit bonfires, or straight home from the sword by your door.
Your Dark Souls III, read on the fly
Names, item descriptions, weapon stats, boss health and music are read from your own copy of Dark Souls III every time you play. No Dark Souls content ships with the mod.
Needs: Stardew Valley 1.6.15 or newer and Dark Souls III installed. Press Play and Melty does the rest.
I can also put this on the listing for you and upload 0.1.5 (the bonfire fix, the farm bonfire and the soul backpacks) in the same go. It would stay hidden.
