Arkham Knight in New York

Swing, zip, fight and explore all of Insomniac's New York as Batman from Batman: Arkham Knight.

Every time you press Play, BatmanNY reads Batman's body, cowl, armour, utility belt, gauntlets and cape (with his Arkham Knight textures) straight from your own copy of Arkham Knight, fits him to Spider-Man's skeleton so every Spider-Man animation moves him, and puts him into Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered in place of Peter.

What you get

• Arkham Knight's Batman, fully textured, as the player character in Spider-Man's open-world New York
• Works with whichever suit your save has on: 41 of the game's 46 suit models become Batman (the rest keep their own look)
• Spider-Man's moves, missions and crimes stay as they are: web-swinging, combat and gadgets, now as Batman
• Nothing from either game is shipped: everything is read from the games on your PC

Good to know

• Single player.
• The first Play takes about a minute while Batman is converted; after that it starts straight away.
• When the game closes, Spider-Man's original asset index is put back, so the unmodded game is untouched.
• Batman keeps Spider-Man's moveset: there's no Batmobile, Bat-Family or Arkham combat (the two games' engines can't share systems).
