Duel the original Yu-Gi-Oh! duelists across your Minecraft world.
YugiCraft is a Minecraft: Java Edition mod (1.21.4, Fabric) that brings Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution into your world. Everything Yu-Gi-Oh! comes from your own copy of Link Evolution: cards, card art, frames, duelists, portraits and decks are read from it while you play.
What you get
- Duelists in every biome. Link Evolution characters spawn across the overworld with their real names, portraits and original decks. Each has their own look.
- Duels on a 3D board built in the world. Right-click a duelist and a board appears right there. When the duel ends, the ground is put back exactly as it was.
- Card holograms. Summoned monsters stand on the board as holograms with the real card art and Link Evolution's own card frames.
- Collect cards. You start with a Link Evolution starter deck. Booster packs drop from chests, mobs, villager trades and won duels.
- Solo play against the NPC duelists.
Rules in this first version (simplified)
8000 LP, draw 5 and then 1 per turn, one normal summon per turn (tributes for level 5 and up). Battles go by ATK: the higher ATK wins and the loser takes the difference as LP damage. No defense position yet, and monster effects don't trigger yet. 8 classic spells and traps work, including Dark Hole, Monster Reborn and Mirror Force.
What you need
- Minecraft: Java Edition. It comes with a ready portable Prism Launcher. Sign in with your Microsoft account once.
- Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution, installed through Steam (required). Nothing from Link Evolution is included in this download. Without it, the game tells you so and duelists won't duel.
