The whole of Ocarina of Time, played as V1.
Ultrakill of time runs Ocarina of Time on Ship of Harkinian, built from your own ROM, and turns Link into ULTRAKILL's V1. You play in first person, move fast and shoot your way through Hyrule. The guns, sounds and boss music are read from your own ULTRAKILL install.
What you get
- The complete Ocarina of Time story, dungeons and bosses, in first person.
- ULTRAKILL's arsenal, earned as you go. You start with the Piercer revolver. Each major item Link finds unlocks a new gun or variant, in story order:
- Revolver: Piercer, then Marksman (Fairy Slingshot), then Sharpshooter (Master Sword)
- Shotgun: Core Eject (Bomb Bag), Pump Charge (Boomerang), Sawed-On (Iron Boots)
- Nailgun: Attractor (Fairy Bow), Overheat (Megaton Hammer), JumbleSaw (Lens of Truth)
- Railcannon: Electric (Longshot), Screwdriver (Mirror Shield), Malicious (Shadow Medallion)
- Rocket Launcher: Freezeframe (Fire Arrows), S.R.S. Cannon (Golden Gauntlets), Firestarter (Light Arrows)
- Guns work like Link's items. Shots trigger eye switches, fire lights torches, explosions open bombable walls. You keep all of Link's items too.
- V1's movement: jump, wall jump, dash, slide and ground slam, with three stamina bars.
- ULTRAKILL difficulty: Harmless to Brutal. Enemies scale as your arsenal grows, and kills up close heal you with blood.
- ULTRAKILL's boss music plays over Ocarina's battle themes (can be switched off), plus a style meter.
- Its own menu for settings and controls. Plain Ocarina of Time and plain ULTRAKILL can't be played from it.
Controls: WASD to move, mouse to look, left and right click to fire and alt-fire, 1 to 5 for guns (press again for the next variant), Space to jump, Shift to dash, Ctrl to slide or slam, F to punch, E to interact, Q to target, Z/X/C for items, Tab for the inventory, Esc for the menu. Controllers work too.
You need: your own Ocarina of Time N64 or GameCube ROM, and ULTRAKILL installed. Nothing from either game is included: V1 Hyrule reads both from your own copies.
Built on Ship of Harkinian (HarbourMasters) and the Zelda Reverse Engineering Team's decompilation. Made with AI assistance.
