Your Factorio factory goes to war with real armies from Command & Conquer: Generals Zero Hour and Supreme Commander 2.
Pick your faction when you join: USA, China or GLA (Zero Hour) or UEF, Cybran or Illuminate (Supreme Commander 2). Your faction's theme plays, you get your first soldiers, and its armory opens up in research.
What's in it
- 18 real units, 3 per faction. Rangers, Crusaders and Paladins; Red Guards, Battlemasters and Overlords; Rebels, Technicals and Scorpions; Titans, Rock Heads and the King Kriptor; Loyalists, Cobras and the Megalith II; Harvogs, Yenzoos and the Universal Colossus. They're drawn from the games' own 3D models and use their stats, and Zero Hour units answer in their own voices. Craft them in your assemblers, throw them to deploy, and they follow you (or hold position) and fight the biters.
- Generals powers. A-10 Missile Strike, Carpet Bomb, Artillery Barrage and Anthrax Bomb: the aircraft fly over and hit wherever you throw the call-in.
- Superweapons. Particle Cannon, Nuclear Missile and SCUD Storm charge from your power grid on Zero Hour's own timers. The announcer tells you when they're ready, and you fire them anywhere on the map (Ctrl+G opens the command panel).
- Zero Hour's faction music joins Factorio's soundtrack.
- Co-op. Host from Factorio's Multiplayer menu; friends on your network join from the mashup's join link and pick their own faction.
You need
Factorio 2.0 (Space Age optional), plus Command & Conquer™ Generals Zero Hour and Supreme Commander 2 installed through Steam. Nothing from either game is shipped: on Play, the mashup builds its sprites, sounds and stats from your own copies (about 40 seconds the first time). Supreme Commander 2's sound banks are encrypted, so its factions use Factorio's own weapon sounds.
Built with Claude. Uses the NLayer MP3 decoder (MIT).
