The first time you play, the mod reads the guns', hellpods' and Eagle's 3D models, the stratagem icons, eight cape designs and the sounds straight from your own HELLDIVERS 2 install (Steam). Nothing from HELLDIVERS 2 ships in the download.
AR-23 Liberator, SG-225 Breaker, LAS-5 Scythe, SG-8 Punisher, RS-422 Railgun (sneak while charging for Unsafe Mode, if you dare), AC-8 Autocannon, GR-8 Recoilless Rifle (mind the backblast), FLAM-40 Flamethrower, ARC-3 Arc Thrower and MG-43 Machine Gun, each with its real HD2 model and sounds, its magazine, reload (R), recoil and HD2 damage scaled to Minecraft health. Right-click to aim.
Hold Left Alt, type the code with W A S D, then click to throw the beacon. Orbital Laser, Precision Strike, 380MM HE Barrage, Railcannon Strike; Eagle Airstrike, 500KG Bomb, Napalm and Strafing Run (Eagle-1 really flies over); Resupply; Machine Gun and Gatling Sentries; the Hellbomb; and support weapon drops, all in real HD2 hellpods. HD2 cooldowns, Eagle uses and rearming. Every stratagem item you carry is in your loadout.
Helldiver armor (HD2's own mesh) in six sets with their HD2 class and passive: Extra Padding, Scout, Fortified, Med-Kit, Democracy Protects, Servo-Assisted. Eight real HD2 cape designs. Stims.
Friendly fire is on: hellpods crush whatever they land on, orbital strikes and sentries don't care who is in the way, explosions break blocks.
Solo by default. Open your world to LAN and up to 4 Helldivers can drop in with Melty's join link, no port forwarding (e4mc relay).
