Play BioShock 2's Big Daddy in Borderlands 2. Subject Delta takes over Zer0's class slot with his own action skill, three full skill trees and his real drill. Every skill name, plasmid description and sound, and the drill itself, comes from your own copy of BioShock 2 Remastered.
The Drill: Delta's actual drill bit and cage replace Zer0's katana, spinning in your fist. Melty builds it on your PC from your own BioShock 2 and Borderlands 2 files the first time you press Play (about a second). Every melee damage bonus in the game makes it hit harder.
Drill Dash (F): a ground charge that climbs slopes and slams everything in its path for 4x your drill hit.
Drill tree: Drill Power, Drill Vampire, Sports Boost, Freezing Drill, Head Hunter, Natural Camouflage, Short Circuit, Telekinesis 3, Gravity Well, and the Little Sister capstone.
Plasmids tree: Electro Bolt, Incinerate!, Winter Blast, Insect Swarm, Electro Bolt 2, Incinerate! 2, Winter Blast 2, EVE Link, Elemental Vampire, and the Elemental Storm capstone.
Protector tree: Armored Shell, Fountain of Youth, Elemental Sponge, Armored Shell 2, Handyman, EVE Expert, Security Command, Ice Storm, Fire Storm, and the Alpha Series capstone.
Plasmids that feel like Rapture: shock arcs between enemies, fire and corrosive insects, and frozen enemies stop dead in their tracks.
BioShock 2 sounds: drill dash and impacts, Electro Bolt, Incinerate!, Winter Blast, Insect Swarm, ADAM, Daddy-sense and the Little Sister rescue.
You need: Borderlands 2 and BioShock 2 Remastered, both on Steam. No DLC. Without BioShock 2 Remastered, Zer0 stays Zer0 and the game tells you why.
Good to know
Single player in this version.
Start a new Zer0 character: existing Zer0 saves keep their skill points in the same slots, which now hold Big Daddy skills. Disable the mod in the Mods menu to get Zer0 back.
Delta's body is still Zer0's; the drill is the real one.
Sound volume: Mods menu, Big Daddy (BioShock 2).
What's new in 0.2.0: BioShock 2's real drill as your melee weapon; full 30-skill trees; Drill Dash now hits hard and climbs hills; plasmid effects end properly and frozen enemies really freeze; Incinerate!'s description no longer cuts off.
