Steve in Los Santos

Play as your own Minecraft skin in Los Santos. Real Minecraft Java runs beside GTA V Legacy Story Mode and is drawn right into the city, and what you do in Minecraft happens in GTA.

What you can do

• TNT grenades: throw TNT and it goes off in Los Santos as a real GTA grenade blast.
• Bow and crossbow: arrows hurt GTA people. The bow hits like a pistol, the crossbow like a rifle. Sneak while drawing to hand aiming to GTA, and your character pulls out a pistol or carbine rifle.
• Portals: Nether portals bring the Nether to Los Santos (red sky, netherrack, Nether mobs); End portals bring the End. Walk back through to return.
• Build in the city: placed blocks are solid in GTA, so cars and people stop at your builds.
• /painkiller in Minecraft chat makes your GTA character invincible, even during missions.
• No void deaths: an invisible floor catches you over GTA's world.
• F5 camera: GTA's free third-person camera, a front view of your skin, or first person.
• F8 switches to GTA's controls for driving and carjacking.
• Bundled Sodium, FerriteCore and Dynamic FPS for a faster Minecraft.

Controls: WASD/mouse, Space jump, Shift sneak, E inventory, F7 Minecraft on/off, F8 Minecraft/GTA controls, F5 camera, T chat.

You need GTA V Legacy (build 1.0.3889.0) and Minecraft: Java Edition 26.3. Single player, Story Mode only: never go into GTA Online with it installed. GTA V Enhanced is not supported.

First launch: sign in to your Minecraft account in the bundled Prism launcher. Epic copies: if GTA closes at start-up, add -nobattleye to GTA V's Launch Options in the Epic launcher.
