Rip and tear through POSTAL: Brain Damaged as the DOOM Slayer.
The Dude's arsenal is replaced by the Slayer's, and everything DOOM about it comes from your own copy of DOOM Eternal: the weapon models and textures, their sounds, their fire rates, spreads and damage, the HUD icons and Mick Gordon's combat music. Nothing from either game is included in this download: the first time you press Play, Melty reads what it needs from your DOOM Eternal install (about 180 MB, a few seconds).
What you get
Combat Shotgun (pistol slot), Super Shotgun (shotgun slot), Heavy Cannon (machine gun slot), Plasma Rifle (lightning gun slot), Rocket Launcher and Chainsaw (shovel slot). They use POSTAL's pickups and ammo, so the campaign and Survival play as usual.
Glory kills: badly hurt enemies stagger and wobble; hit POSTAL's melee key near one to rip it apart and get health back.
Chainsaw: saw an enemy in half to refill your ammo. Three fuel pips that refill over time.
Dash: Left Shift, two charges.
Mick Gordon's score: DOOM Eternal's heavy and light combat music kicks in when enemies swarm you and drops to ambient between fights. It replaces POSTAL's music and follows your music volume setting.
Requirements
