Play in the real RuneScape world with no login and no internet. Offline Gielinor reads Lumbridge, Draynor, Varrock and the land around them straight from your own RuneScape install, and turns it into a solo skilling and adventuring sandbox.
What you can do
- Gather: chop trees, mine rocks and fish real fishing spots, with RuneScape's own animations. Felled trees come down and grow back.
- Make things: light logs into real fires, cook your catch on a fire or the Lumbridge Castle range (you burn less as you level), and eat it to heal. Smelt ore into bronze-to-rune bars at the Lumbridge furnace, then smith daggers, swords, scimitars, helms and platebodies at an anvil. Fletch logs into arrow shafts and bows. Everything is made through a RuneScape 3-style making window, and your tinderbox, knife and hammer sit on your tool belt.
- Grand Exchange: sell what you gather and make for coins at real GE prices.
- Rotten potato: spawn any weapon or piece of equipment, sorted A-Z in folders by material, and turn on the bot to auto-skill and sell for you.
- Townsfolk, animals and monsters: talk to Bob, the Cook, Father Aereck, Aggie, Ned and more. Shear sheep, and fight chickens, cows, goblins, rats, imps and spiders. They have hit splats and real drops.
- Pretend players: adventurers chop, mine and fish around you and chat back when you talk to them (levels, prices, directions, jokes).
- Fast travel: RuneScape's Lodestone Network. Walk up to a lodestone to activate it, then press T or the Travel orb and teleport to any active one, with the real home-teleport animation. There are nine lodestones, from Lumbridge to Burthorpe.
- A RuneScape-style interface: a minimap with a run button, a Skills tab with all 29 skills (11 of them trainable), a Worn tab with combat styles, and life points.
Solo, and your progress saves on your PC. You need RuneScape installed. The first start fetches the newest map files once from Jagex's own content server, the same way the RuneScape client updates. After that it plays offline.
