RE4 Night at the Inventory

Where's everyone going? Poker?

Poker Night at the Inventory, with Resident Evil 4's cast at the table. You play the real Poker Night (solo Texas Hold'em against four computer players), but the seats are taken by Resident Evil 4's characters, read from your own copy of Resident Evil 4.

• Leon S. Kennedy sits in Tycho's seat, Ashley Graham in the Heavy's, Ada Wong in Strong Bad's and Luis Sera in Max's. Their models and textures come from your Resident Evil 4 install, all four at the same body proportions, and they sit, bet and react with the table's own animations. The nameplates show their names.
• They talk in their own voices. Every line the four players say is an RE4 line of that character, picked for the moment: folding, calling, raising, going all in, winning or losing a pot, getting knocked out, and the table talk between hands.
• The dealer speaks with the Merchant's voice: "What're ya buyin'?", "Got some rare things on sale, stranger!" (he keeps Reginald Van Winslow's look).
• Subtitles show what the RE4 line actually says. Lines from RE4's story scenes carry a little of the scene's music under them.

You need Poker Night at the Inventory (the 2026 remaster, Steam) and Resident Evil 4 (2005, the Steam "Ultimate HD" release). Nothing from either game is included in this download: the first Play builds the RE4 cast from your own installs (about 15 seconds), and starting Poker Night by itself still gives you the original game.

Poker Night at the Inventory Remastered is by Skunkape Games (original game by Telltale Games). Resident Evil 4 is by Capcom. RE4 Night uses TelltaleToolKit by Ivan Panayotov (MIT), an LZX decoder from MonoGame (MS-PL), and file layouts documented by JADERLINK's RE4 UHD tools (MIT) and emoose's re4-research (BSD 3-Clause).
