Portal's portal gun, in Superliminal. Play Superliminal's whole campaign with the Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device in your hands, and break its puzzles your own way.
What's different here
Portals are as big as they look. Superliminal's rule, applied to Portal's portals: shoot a wall far away and the portal is huge, shoot one up close and it's tiny.
Whatever goes through comes out the size of the other portal. Walk into a small portal and out of a big one and you're a giant. Drop a chess piece through and it shrinks or grows to match.
Reach through. Superliminal's grab works through portals, so you can pick something up on the other side and bring it back at a new size.
What Portal brings
Read from your own Portal install while you play, nothing is downloaded:
The portal gun, on its pedestal in the first hallway of the first level. Walk up and it's yours.
Blue and orange see-through portals on walls, floors and ceilings.
A Weighted Companion Cube in every level, to grab and resize like any Superliminal object.
GLaDOS, at a few choice moments, and Portal's soundtrack playing quietly.
Portal's crosshair.
Controls
Q or left click: blue portal. E or right click: orange portal. (The mouse still grabs and rotates whenever you're pointing at something you can pick up.)
F: close both portals. Backspace: back to normal size. M: Portal's music on/off.
Good to know
Single player. You need Superliminal and Portal installed on Steam.
Your Superliminal saves and settings are untouched. Start a new game to find the gun; on a save past the first level you already carry it.
First version: the gun is shown in a fixed pose, GLaDOS has no subtitles, keyboard and mouse only.
Unofficial fan mod. Built with Claude. Superliminal is by Pillow Castle, Portal is by Valve. Built on BepInEx 5 (bundled).
