PEAK turns into hide-and-seek on the mountain, with MECCHA CHAMELEON's body paint and shotgun.
How it plays
2 to 4 players in PEAK's own lobbies: one hunter and up to three climbers. The hunter is picked at random once everyone is on the island.
Climbers are painted automatically to match whatever they stand or hang on (sand, rock, snow, jungle), like MECCHA CHAMELEON's hiders. Their name tags are hidden from the hunter.
Climbers get a 30-second head start with MECCHA CHAMELEON's hide-time music while the hunter's screen stays dark. Then the doorbell rings and the hunt is on.
The hunter carries MECCHA CHAMELEON's shotgun. Press F to fire one perfectly accurate bullet: no spread, endless ammo, endless range.
A hit swaps you: the hunter jumps into the climber's spot (cliff face included) and climbs on as a climber, while the climber lands where the hunter stood, now holding the gun. Swapped players get 5 seconds of grace, so there are no instant tag-backs.
The first climber to reach the peak wins. The hunter can't win, so they have to tag someone first.
From MECCHA CHAMELEON
Read from your own MECCHA CHAMELEON install every time you play (nothing is copied):
the shotgun model and its paint-splattered texture;
its shot, trigger, teleport, splash, doorbell, gong and body-paint sounds;
its hide-time and search music.
