Balatro with the limiter off. Everything from the base game is still here. On top of it: a big set of new cards built to be combined, and no score cap, so a good build blows straight past naneinf and keeps going.
It is strong, but it is not free. You still have to find the pieces, pay for them and put them in the right order.
38 new Jokers
- Position matters. Assembly Line gives X Chips for every Joker to its left. Echo retriggers the Joker to its left. Tuning Fork makes the Joker to its right 25% stronger every round.
- Things that grow. Snowball, Momentum, Big Spender (grows every time you reroll), Resonance (grows on every retrigger), Event Horizon (eats a consumable each Blind), Singularity, Stockpile and Expansion.
- Money. Mint Condition, Cashback, Recycler, Compound Interest, Piggy Bank, Golden Goose, Slot Machine and Tax Return. Reroll as much as you like.
- Trade-offs. All In is X10 Mult but leaves you one hand per round. Glass Cannon is X8 Mult and may shatter. Overclock is X6 Mult that burns down.
- Retriggers and builds. Hall of Mirrors, Jackhammer, Photocopier, Lucky Sevens, Ace High, Royal Court, Thin Deck, Full Grip, Dragon Hoard, Wild Growth, Overflow, Ascension, Hive Mind, Loaded Dice, Gacha Machine and Pocket Dimension.
17 new consumables
- Amplifier doubles the numbers of any Joker you select, base-game Jokers included. Try it on Hanging Chad or Lucky Cat.
- Stardust and Prism add the two new editions. Paint Job adds Polychrome to a Joker.
- Negator, Slot Key, Clone Vat and Wish for more Jokers and more room.
- Photobomb turns your whole hand into copies of one card.
- Plus Coin Flip, Coupon, Midas, The Forge, Orbit, Supernova, Windfall and Lucky Dip.
2 new editions
On Jokers and playing cards, alongside Foil, Holographic and Polychrome:
- Astral: +10 Mult and ^1.1 Mult
- Mosaic: +50 Chips and X2.5 Chips
9 new vouchers and 5 new packs
More shop slots, cheaper rerolls, bigger discounts, more hand size, more Joker and consumable slots. Unlimited Packs hold the new Jokers; Gadget Packs hold the new consumables.
Quality of life
- No naneinf. Scores keep counting past e308, to e10000, e1000000 and far beyond. Blinds at very high antes stay readable and beatable.
- Instant score. The button in the top-right corner (or F2) skips the scoring animation, however many triggers the hand has.
- Drag-select. Hold the right mouse button and sweep across your hand to select cards. A left drag that starts on empty table does the same.
Good to know
Single player. Needs only Balatro; Melty installs everything else. Runs started with this mod contain cards the base game does not know, so finish or abandon a run before removing it.
