This is a native Minecraft: Java Edition 1.21.11 data pack, not a browser game. It implements a small single-player detective case in a separate dimension. The MOUSE connection currently imports four character identities from the owner's installed game. The map, mystery and dialogue are original crossover content. MOUSE graphics and sound have NOT been integrated. This is not the finished mashup.
The commands have not been parsed or played by Minecraft. Use only a disposable new 1.21.11 test world with commands enabled. Do not use an existing save. This development build changes difficulty to Easy at combat, grants items and effects, and has not been validated for save compatibility or repeated play.
/function noircase:start after the world loads./function noircase:journal shows your objective./function noircase:leave restores your starting position and game mode.Combat uses a vanilla crossbow as an explicit temporary development mechanic. The monochrome block palette is a layout foundation; MOUSE artwork is still pending. Do not treat the Minecraft props or enemies as authentic MOUSE characters or assets.
The source builder in this folder uses Python's standard library. It reads an owned MOUSE installation in place, requires its real character bank, and refuses to overwrite an output folder. It never downloads dependencies or reads Melty credentials.
python build_case.py --mouse "C:/path/to/MOUSE" --out "C:/path/to/new-output"
The generated pack is for local private development. No original game archives are bundled. Publication rights, final credits and the remix setting are not yet decided. Do not publish the locally generated content as a finished release.
