About

Real Minecraft running inside GTA V story mode, now with 8 of your friends: one Minecraft world, everyone in their own GTA.

Play together

/host in the chat opens your world to friends. A public address appears in the chat (click it to copy): no port to open on your box. /host <port> <players> <true|false> sets the port, the player limit and whether guests may use commands; /host stop closes it again. /op <friend> gives a friend commands.
/join <address> joins a friend's world or a server, /solo brings you back to your own world. Minecraft always starts in your own world.
You see your friends' Steve with their skin, their blocks, explosions and mobs, and their dot on your GTA minimap and map.
The same GTA world for everybody around the host: same passers-by, same traffic, same police. Hit them, shoot them, ram them, steal a car: it happens for everyone.
Their GTA cars drive in your GTA: F next to a friend's car rides as a passenger. Your GTA bullets, cars and explosions hurt their Steve in survival.
Tab shows the player list. Each place keeps the height it was built at, so blocks sit on GTA's ground for everybody.

Minecraft in GTA

Real chat and commands: T opens the chat, / opens it for a command; Up/Down recall earlier lines, Tab completes. AZERTY, AltGr and accents work.
Your own skin from the Minecraft account you sign in with.
Survival: break blocks, pick up items, fire and lava burn, GTA health = your hearts, dying in one kills you in the other, fall deaths, the police come after you (Minecraft sword hits count too).
Blocks are solid in GTA: they stop you and your car.
/setworldspawn (or your /spawnpoint or bed) is your GTA spawn too. /time and /weather change GTA's clock and weather.
Creative flight on double Space, elytra on G (in survival too), V switches first / third person while flying; spectator flies through everything.
E opens the inventory, the mouse and wheel work in Minecraft's screens. Esc opens GTA's menu without stopping the game.

Picture Each Minecraft frame is laid on the GTA picture rendered with the same camera, so blocks don't slide when you turn and no holes open around Steve, even with Discord Clips or other recording running. GTA's minimap is back and only hides the blocks right behind it. Blocks keep their own light (no GTA reflections painted on them), car windows no longer hide them.

Good to know

Needs GTA V Legacy 1.0.3889.0 (story mode) and Minecraft: Java Edition. Melty sets up Minecraft on the first start.
If another Minecraft x GTA mashup is installed, remove it first in Melty (they use the same GTA files).
Settings for the picture are in ReShade's overlay (Home key), effect MCPassthrough.
