Play the original Only Up! solo as Mario. His original model, face textures and animations load from your own US Super Mario 64 ROM.
Includes idle, walking, jumping, landing, real falling, ledge hanging and pull-up animations. Jump arcs keep the jump animation; deeper drops switch to falling. The original character is hidden, Mario's face and hat stay opaque, and nearby graffiti no longer projects onto him.
Requires your locally installed original Only Up! (Steam app 2381590) and your own US Super Mario 64 ROM. No ROM or game assets are included. UE4SS, libsm64 and required Visual C++ runtime files are bundled with licenses. Single player.
Version 0.1.2 passed two Melty installation tests on the creator's PC. Both runs passed rendering, native animation modes, graffiti protection, idle transitions and jump/fall routing checks, with no crashes or freezes detected.
